Course Objective:

Joint Health & Safety Committee Training - Preventing Workplace Stress course provides students with the tools to identify work-related sources of stress, produce reports regarding these stressors and implement effective corrective actions to mitigate them moving forward. 

Learning Objectives & Specific Outcomes:

Students will gain an understanding of their roles in the Joint Health and Safety Committee in regard to identifying stressors and implementing solutions to effectively minimize those. After successful completion of this course, students will be able to further contribute to a JHS Committee, being able to identify workplace stressors and develop techniques to efficiently manage them.
