Project Management Fundamentals (1 Day)

Course Objective

This condensed course gives participants a brief, yet effective, introduction to project management. Learners will gain a better understanding of the project management lifecycle, the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), a network diagram, and qualitative risk analysis in a highly interactive environment.
